The leasing process at Housing Rentals LLC is fast and easy!

Please follow these easy steps for each person in the group:

Select the property you want to lease.
Complete an application for the property. Click Here to Download Application (PDF).
Email the completed application to Housing Rentals LLC.
Provide $150.00 with the application** VIA ZELLE.
Provide parental guarantee.
Provide deposit money.
Sign the lease.

Required for all undergraduate students. Optional for working grad students with background and credit check paid by applicant. Due before signing of lease.

**The PER PERSON $150.00 payment is for the application fee ($50.00) and the 5 calendar days hold money ($100.00). The application fee covers the cost of processing your application which can include checking references and talking with parents. If you do not sign the lease within 5 calendar days you forfeit the hold money. If you sign a lease during the 5 calendar days period–the $100.00 goes towards your deposit.
